We also check signs of wear and tear, and recommend vital repairs before it could lead to greater damage. Our jewelry inspection service is free of charge.

Ring Resizing

Whether you need to downsize or upsize your ring, both processes are intricate that involves a careful approach. Our professional jewelers can resize your ring to find the perfect fit. 

We also offer a ring sizing guarantee if the ring we sized does not fit the actual finger you are supposed to put it on. We will resize it for free within 30 days of initial delivery.

There is no need to wait longer because we get it done right the next day.

Chain Soldering

If you have a broken necklace or bracelet chain, our jeweler can repair your jewelry chain by carefully soldering the metal to reconnect the chain links back together. However, every jewelry chain needs a different repair approach, depending on the chain type. 

Therefore, if you have broken pieces forgotten at the bottom of your jewelry box, you may bring them to our store for inspection. And soon enough, your pieces will look brand new.

Watch Battery Replacement

For most watches, we offer battery replacement service while you wait. However, we do not guarantee water resistance for the replaced battery, but we can refer it to a watch repairman should you require water resistance testing.

Other Repair Services

We also offer other repair services like diamond remounting and stone tightening. Depending on the complexity of the repairs, it would take five to seven days to complete. However, you may set an appointment for our same-day express repair service for an additional cost.
